Office Fees

​​

• Counseling for individuals is $150 for a 50-minute session.

• Payment is collected at the time of service.

• Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or card. 

• Insurance is not billed. However, superbills are provided. Clients are responsible for understanding their coverage, deductible, and submittal process.

• In-person following Covid protocol set forth by the State of Oregon. 

• Telehealth (teleconference) using a certified confidential platform. 

• Telephone.

Affectus Counseling is located in the historic district of Beaverton, Oregon, in Theel House. This Craftsman-style house built in 1925 is fully renovated and ADA accessible. The office is within walking distance of the MAX Light Rail and Beaverton Transit Center. Parking is available alongside the house and on the street.
