Office Fees

​​

• Individual counseling ranges from $175-$200 for a 50-60 minute session.

• Payment is collected at the time of service.

• Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or card. 

• Insurance can be billed. Superbills can also be provided. I accept the following insurance: Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, OHP Trillium, MODA, United Healthcare, and Pacific Source. 

• Sliding scale options are currently not available.

Service Modes

​

• In-person is the main service mode.

• Telehealth (teleconference) using a certified, confidential platform is offered to accommodate scheduling conflicts, not as a primary modality.

Affectus Counseling is located in Theel House, in the historic district of Beaverton, Oregon. This Craftsman-style house built in 1925 is fully renovated and ADA-accessible. The office is within walking distance of the MAX Light Rail and Beaverton Transit Center. Parking is available alongside the house and on the street.
