Office Fees

​​

• Counseling for individuals is $175 for a 55-minute session.

• Payment is collected at the time of service.

• Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or card. 

• Insurance can be billed. Superbills can also be provided. I accept the following insurance: Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Trillium OHP, MODA, United Healthcare, Providence, and Cigna.

Affectus Counseling is located in the historic district of Beaverton, Oregon, in Theel House. This Craftsman-style house built in 1925 is fully renovated and ADA accessible. The office is within walking distance of the MAX Light Rail and Beaverton Transit Center. Parking is available alongside the house and on the street.
